Teamlead Controlling (m/w/d)

Conceive and implement the future Controlling toolkit, including KPI systems, reporting structures, and standard processes for the SANTOS Group. Drive the introduction of modern BI tools like PowerBI to establish a single source of truth for executive decision-making. Lead a controller through development and mentoring while preparing complex financial data directly for the Head of Finance and CFO. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes, proactively analyzing variances to develop actionable recommendations. Report directly to senior leadership and dig deep into data to uncover meaningful insights. You will work full-time with a key role in defining tools, processes, and structural direction.
