Job Summary
Lead and develop the Controlling team while managing budget planning, forecasts, and variance analysis. Drive the creation and optimization of management reporting, analyze economic KPIs to derive management recommendations, and ensure transparent project, cost, and result control. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while developing KPI systems, dashboards, and reporting standards. Identify and implement process, system, and structural improvements through close collaboration with Finance, operational areas, and internal stakeholders. Advance the digitalization and professionalization of the Controlling function.
Required Qualifications

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Erfahrung in einem projektorientierten, technischen oder internationalen Umfeld
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Planung, Forecasting, Reporting und Performance Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Ein gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ein moderner Führungsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
