Job Summary
Teamlead Accounting for German entities at DocMorris. Leads a 4-person team, ensuring IFRS and Dutch GAAP reporting, acts as the audit contact and process architect to drive efficient, compliant financial operations. Oversees monthly group reports and year-end financials, serves as deputy to the Head of Finance, and drives improvements in governance and data-analysis with a strong emphasis on SAP, Excel, and AI-enabled reporting. Hybrid work model in Heerlen, NL; requires leadership, strategic partnership, and the ability to operate in a beursgenoteerde environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master in finance or accounting
- RA- or AA-title (or pursuing)
- Experience in audit practice or complex corporate environment
- IFRS and Dutch GAAP proficiency
- SAP and Excel proficiency
- Fluent Dutch and English; German a plus
