Coordinate daily operations and clinical processes for the Westerpoort 4 closed psychiatric ward, providing functional leadership during shifts and serving as the primary contact for colleagues, treating physicians, and managers. Manage patient intake and discharge, track treatment progress, and ensure timely information sharing within the multidisciplinary team. Support staff in complex situations, coach team members on professional development, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with the ART method. Maintain direct patient care involvement as needed while collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and external partners to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning.
