Job Summary
Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in a production unit, focusing on coaching, motivation, and achieving set objectives while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Manage personnel planning, monitor production deviations, and actively drive quality and process improvements across assigned lines. Facilitate smooth handovers between shifts and collaborate closely with Quality and R&D services. Work within a continuous roster including night shifts (21u-5u) in a growing food sector company in the Kaprijke-Eeklo region. This role offers an in- and development path for junior teamcoaches, supported by structured onboarding and training.
Required Qualifications
- Opleiding en ervaring: een TSO, Graduaat, HBO5, Bachelor en/of Master in (bio)chemie, voeding, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbaar diploma
- leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
- je bent een inspirerende coach die medewerkers motiveert en ondersteunt
- Analytische mindset: je kunt snel schakelen en problemen oplossen
- Communicatief sterk: je hebt uitstekende luister- en communicatievaardigheden
- je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
- ervaring met Excel
- openstaande posities voor de nachtshiften: 21u-5u
