Job Summary
Collaborate with Client Services Managers and vendors to develop and execute communication plans for public agency clients. Write materials including direct mail, talking points, FAQs, presentations, and social media content based on client needs. Learn production of advertising through print design, digital ad development, proofreading, and client approvals. Attend client meetings via Zoom or in person as needed. Train clients and volunteers on campaign tools and grassroots activities such as door knocking, texting, and voter database management. Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and data vendors to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
