Lead the team of eight project managers and oversee a portfolio of 20-25 holistic plan projects, ensuring technical, economic, and social progress. Drive strategic and operational management for these long-term renovation initiatives while developing the client function and refining work processes. Collaborate closely with the new construction team and building director to lead project managers and execute building cases. Handle negotiations and conflict resolution, and implement the organization's strategy for sustainable construction. Manage cross-functional cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
