Job Summary
Design and govern Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions by defining end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and workflows. Lead deployment of scalable, secure PLM systems across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise environments while establishing architecture standards and best practices. Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and provide oversight to development and implementation teams. Support upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives alongside mentoring junior architects and developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and improvement opportunities within the PLM landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter PLM
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level Teamcenter architectures
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, workflows, ACLs, and configuration
- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AW) configuration and customization
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter integrations (T4S, SOA/REST, ITK, middleware)
- Knowledge of PLM processes including change management, BOM management, document management, and product configuration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with specific Teamcenter modules such as Change Management, Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP), Project Management, Product Configurator, or Service Lifecycle Management
- Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Equipment)
- Familiarity with cloud or hybrid PLM deployments
- Experience leading global or multi-site PLM implementations
- Siemens Teamcenter certifications
