Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions with a strong focus on Active Workspace. Define scalable configurations aligned with enterprise PLM objectives while analyzing and remediating technical debt through legacy transformations. Design customizations using the Declarative UI Framework and manage deployments via Deployment Center. Optimize application performance by improving query execution and stylesheet efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure solution alignment, provide architectural governance, and participate in roadmap planning for modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter solutions
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC)
- Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON View Models and HTML-based configurations
- Advanced knowledge of BMIDE and Teamcenter Data Modeling concepts
- Extensive experience with Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and other Teamcenter configuration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Deployment Center and environment management
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, customization, deployment, and governance processes
- Proven experience optimizing Teamcenter Active Workspace performance and user experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
