Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace solutions for enterprise PLM environments. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures using the Declarative UI framework, JSON-based view models, and HTML templates. Drive data modeling activities with BMIDE to optimize user experience and manage deployments via Deployment Center. Provide technical leadership on best practices, collaborate with business analysts and architects, and support system enhancements and troubleshooting. Lead end-to-end implementation projects and coordinate release activities across multiple environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience with Siemens Teamcenter solutions
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC)
- Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates
- Advanced knowledge of BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and data model customization
- Experience creating technical design documentation from business and functional requirements
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter deployment methodologies and environment management
- Hands-on experience with Deployment Center and release management processes
- Solid understanding of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
