Job Summary
Team Trainer responsible for training new employees and cross-training current staff, coaching and guiding the team, and serving as the go-to person during shifts. Responsibilities include overseeing team members in the manager’s absence, driving customer satisfaction, leading and developing the team, and ensuring standards are met. Other duties include conducting pre-shift huddles, scheduling, monitoring food cost and productivity reports, organizing functional aisle and dining room setups, and ensuring food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
