Job Summary
The Team Supervisor (RN) oversees daily operations of an assigned primary care team, ensuring high quality patient care and efficient staff performance. Responsibilities include supervising medical assistants, managing patient flow, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining clinical quality standards. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, a valid MT RN license, BLS certification, leadership experience, and at least 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Nursing and experience with underserved populations.
