Team Supervisor (Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to staff to drive productivity, and enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. This role requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays. Hourly range is $19.25 - $26.00 with a $2.00 shift differential for 12am-6am hours. Associates may opt into a 4-day work week.
