Team Supervisor (Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays. Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus. Hourly range is $20.00 - $27.00 with a $2.00 shift differential for overnight hours.
