Team Supervisor (Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with an option to opt into a 4-day work week. Hourly range is $20.50 - $27.75 plus a $2.00 shift differential for overnight hours.
