Team Supervisor (Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. This role includes overnight shifts with a 4-day work week option available for opt-in. The hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65, commensurate with experience and location, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
