Job Summary
The Team Supervisor (MA) plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a primary care team, ensuring quality patient care, staff performance, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, providing guidance to care team staff, ensuring compliance with guidelines, recruiting and supervising staff, and fostering a collaborative environment. The position requires a minimum of a High School diploma, 3 years of clinical experience, leadership experience, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an outpatient care setting, preferably with a focus on primary care
- Leadership experience
- MA Certification
- BLS and CPR Certification
