Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity, and enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. Work evenings and overnights with flexible availability for weekends and holidays. Hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65 plus a $2.00 shift differential for 12am-6am hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
