Job Summary
Team Supervisor oversees evening/overnight shifts, ensuring steady execution, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient food and beverage service. Responsibilities include providing direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, enforcing safety and store policies (including crisis management), managing inventory and cash handling, and maintaining productive operations with emphasis on leadership, problem solving, and strong communication to foster positive customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus
