Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity, enforce safety and security policies including crisis management protocols, and manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old with reliable transportation, and flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays. The hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65, commensurate with experience and location, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am. Associates may opt into a 4-day work week.
