Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction and recognition to staff, enforce safety and security policies including crisis management protocols, and manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. Drive shift execution and make key decisions to keep operations running seamlessly. This role includes a 4-day work week option, an hourly range of $19.00 - $25.65 plus a $2.00 shift differential for overnight hours, and requires a high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in retail or food service as a plus.
