Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity, and enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. Ensure the shift stays on track by making key decisions to keep operations running seamlessly. This role offers a 4-day work week option for eligible Associates. The hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65, commensurate with experience and location, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
