Job Summary
Lead shift as Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights), directing the on-site senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with Associates, customers, and orders for efficient food and beverage service; providing direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity; enforcing safety, security, and store policies including crisis management; managing inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. The role emphasizes shift leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building within a retail/food service environment, with opportunities for benefits and a 4-day work week option, where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus
