Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to drive productivity, and enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. This role requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old with reliable transportation, and flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays. Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus. Hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65 commensurate with experience, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
