Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. Maintain shift execution and make key decisions to keep operations running seamlessly. This role includes evening and overnight shifts with a $2.00 shift differential for hours between 12am-6am. The hourly range is $19.00 - $25.65, commensurate with experience and location. Associates may opt into a 4-day work week.
