Team Supervisor (Evenings & Overnights)

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions while ensuring smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient food and beverage service. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity, and enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures. This role supports the evening and overnight shift at Wawa, a leading convenience retailer across multiple states.
