Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Team Services Strategy, responsible for onboarding and integration of new brokerages and teams into eXp’s ecosystem. Lead the onboarding lifecycle from discovery through post-onboarding engagement, coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders, and guide onboarding pathways. Manage discovery calls with Team Leaders, assess structures, validate rosters, and determine appropriate onboarding pathways. Track onboarding progress using HubSpot and spreadsheets, resolve edge cases, contribute to SOPs and documentation, and support retention and engagement strategies for onboarded teams. Requires 2–4 years of onboarding/operations/project coordination or customer-facing experience, remote-work proficiency, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. This is a fully remote role within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing roles; real estate experience preferred
- Remote Work experience required
- Dedicated home-office/work space
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage onboarding timelines
- Experience supporting onboarding SOPs and process improvements
