Team Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding, manage HRIS processes, verify background checks and licensure, maintain accurate workforce records, provide data-entry, reporting, and system-support for HR operations; collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other departments to ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding; handle onboarding logistics, documentation, and access while maintaining confidentiality; support Team Services projects and initiatives with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
- SHRM certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, onboarding, HR operations, or administrative coordination preferred
- Experience working within an HRIS platform preferred
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated environments preferred
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong customer service and follow-through required
- Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment required
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, Adobe, Docusign and office equipment required
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows required
- Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor required
Desired Qualifications
