Job Summary
Team Sales Manager responsible for handling a direct sales team (5-7 field sales executives) and managing tractor loan and refinance business within the Hyderabad area. Oversees a yearly turnover of approximately 20 Crore across Tractor finance, Direct sales, and broker/dealer channels, to maintain dealer relationships and drive productivity and collection efforts while leveraging existing customers' data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry
- Team Handling Exp.
- Exp. in Vehicle Finance industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV / CE / Etc
- Preference from Vehicle Finance industry
- Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executives
- Responsible for Yearly business approx. 500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr)
- Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also
- Dealer / Broker Relationship
- Management, working on existing customer’s data
