Job Summary
Team RN in Hospice at Sutter Health provides direct patient care and patient/family education within an interdisciplinary care plan. Responsibilities include assessing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating nursing care; fostering collaborative relationships among patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers; adhering to policies and regulations; maintaining patient privacy and PHI; and participating in continuous professional development. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, California RN license, BLS, valid driver's license, and 2 years’ relevant experience. Schedule: Full-Time, Day/Evening/Night with 40 hours weekly; weekend requirements as listed. Location-based duties involve on-site patient care in Alameda, CA. Pay range: $64.16–$86.22/hour, with total annual compensation reflecting benefits and locality adjustments.
