Team Relations Specialist (Employee Relations)

Job Summary
Support hourly Team Members and front-line supervisors in conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and problem resolution while acting as an advocate for consistent treatment. Maintain daily communication to gauge morale, conduct internal audits, and assist supervisors with disciplinary investigations. Serve as a liaison to HR, EHS, and other departments to resolve issues, enter corrective action reports into the database, and facilitate the annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey. Prepare and present various reports, manage company bulletin boards, and assist with administrative, safety, and training initiatives. This 2nd-shift position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and strong investigation and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years experience
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS)
- Human Resources Management or related field
- 5-7 years of experience with MOBIS
- 2-3 years in a Team Leader or other leadership role
- External team relations experience commiserate with degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Mathematical skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong business writing skills
- Excellent investigation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare detailed documentation of investigations, disciplinary actions, termination requests, etc.
- Ability to generate and facilitate training sessions to employees at all levels
- Ability to monitor employee morale
- Ability to act as a change-agent to improve company culture, communications, and promote positive management leadership
- This is a 2nd-shift Position
