Team Relations Manager

Job Summary

Design and execute strategic initiatives to drive engagement, performance, and efficiency across all business units. Counsel managers and HR representatives on complex labor relations issues, lead investigations into sensitive employee complaints, and develop policy improvements. Coordinate union-free initiatives, review employment practices for compliance, and facilitate restructures or redeployments. Serve as an expert advisor on escalated cases including policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Lead HR initiatives to improve leadership capabilities in performance and conflict management while delivering training on union-free strategy and case management. Identify labor relations trends and collaborate with legal and business leaders to modify processes and enhance employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 7-8 years or more of Employee Relations or Human Resources experience
  • previous experience with union free operations
  • Strong HR background in HR operations/delivery
  • Experience leading / managing and implementing large-scale HR initiatives
