Job Summary
Team Psychiatric Nurse (RN) for PACT in Missoula, MT. Provides in-person psychiatric nursing care, case management, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning within a dedicated team. Responsibilities include identifying client needs through face-to-face interactions, ensuring understanding of confidentiality and informed consent, developing service plans, coordinating with community providers, leading interdisciplinary treatment teams, and maintaining required clinical/administrative documentation. Requires an AA/BS in Nursing with Montana RN license, valid driver’s license, and relevant experience; compensation is $40.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- AA/BS Nursing Degree including Montana RN License
- Montana Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of psychiatric nursing service models and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
- Ability to perform case management, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Commitment to confidentiality and informed consent in mental health services
- Professional licensure and ongoing certification as required by state/federal boards
