Job Summary
Conduct in-person contact with individuals, families, and guardians to identify needs, manage case plans, and coordinate services with community providers. Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and problem-solving activities while ensuring clients understand confidentiality rights and informed consent. Schedule and lead case reviews, participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams, and maintain all required clinical and administrative documentation. Requires a Montana RN license, one year of relevant experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Earn $40.00 per hour with quarterly bonuses, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant AA/BS Nursing Degree
- including license
- one year relevant work experience
- one year supervisory and management experience
- knowledge of psychiatric nursing service models
- valid Montana Driver's License
