Job Summary
Conduct express delivery parcel freight as a team owner-operator under Schneider's authority, hauling dry van trailers with 90% drop-and-hook service. Select loads via the mobile app using a Samsung tablet, choosing from traditional freight, all-in rates, or self-dispatch options to maximize miles and revenue. Operate a 2011 or newer Class A tractor equipped with a functioning Collision Mitigation System and EPA10 emissions compliance, paired with a Class A CDL holder. Earn incentives totaling $6,000 per team over 22 weeks and access free parking, laundry, and meal facilities.
Required Qualifications
