TEAM OPERATIONS MANAGER- Storage Squad

Lead and oversee Storage Squad operations including staffing, recruiting, training, logistics coordination, shipping and receiving, and truck driving to ensure seamless delivery of services. Responsible for leading daily operations such as vehicle rentals, scheduling, route planning, and oversight of material deliveries and moving services. Drive commercial vehicles when necessary to support transportation needs and on-time delivery. Manage shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization; communicate progress and operational updates with management, university partners, and vendors. Maintain professional conduct and address client concerns with a solution-oriented approach. Resolve operational challenges and maintain positive relationships with university partners and service providers. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. Assist with physical labor and moving tasks during peak periods. This is a seasonal, part-time role from MONTH to MONTH YEAR, with hourly compensation and potential bonuses based on performance.
