Job Summary
Support Head Coaches and staff in player and team development while implementing the club methodology through the Academy Curriculum and periodization. Lead preparation for games by developing strategies, conducting team meetings, and scouting opposing teams. Record player data using session planning tools and video platforms, while delivering Individual Development Plans and assisting in scouting potential talent. Enforce team and league rules to ensure adherence to the Academy Code of Conduct, and assist with training and game day duties for other age groups when needed. Work long hours, weekends, and holidays to maintain SafeSport certification and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- USSF 'B' or 'C' License or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in elite soccer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Collaborative management style – an advocate of team concepts
- Positive influencer, comfortable with leading dynamic change
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to attain and maintain SafeSport certification
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- USSF A License
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multi-lingual fluency
- Experience, familiarity, and network within OCSC Territory is strongly preferred
