Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service and support in-store operations: assist customers, provide product solutions, execute fast and accurate cash handling at checkout, and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs. Perform truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participate in merchandise recovery and general store maintenance to uphold brand standards. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. Adhere to SOPs and company policies, engage with customers on VOC surveys, and assist with shrink and safety programs. Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and early mornings. Benefits available for full-time and part-time team members.
