Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operating the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately, and following all cash handling policies. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food safety procedures, including wrapping, labeling, and checking product temperatures. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging, plus stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment. Actively cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of available services at the travel plazas. This seasonal role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
