Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare and serve quality food to travelers. Operate the point-of-sale system, follow food safety and brand standards, and actively cross-sell products while maintaining a solid knowledge of available items. Complete kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging, and ensure all workstations and equipment are sanitized. Requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, with availability for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
