Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately, and prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food handling procedures. Thoroughly clean and stock workstations, sanitize equipment, and complete kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging. Actively cross-sell and up-sell products while maintaining knowledge of available brands and following all brand standards and safety requirements. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
