Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock workstations, and process accurate payment transactions using the point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging, plus actively cross-sell and up-sell products to travelers. Maintain knowledge of all available food options and adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
