Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging travelers in positive interactions, operating the POS system, and processing accurate payments. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food handling, stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations. Actively cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of available services across the plaza. Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies. This seasonal role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds with flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Cash handling experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
