Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment across all shifts. Greet customers, help locate products, promote promotions, upsell and cross-sell, and accurately process sales at the cash register. Manage inventory and restock as needed, monitor for security issues, and follow safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. Requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or customer-service experience is a plus.
