Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist with locating products and promotions, upsell and cross-sell, operate cash register and handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, assist inventory, monitor for security issues, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with team to meet store goals. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours; cash handling and basic math skills are needed; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
