Job Summary
The Team Member will provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure efficient store operations across all shifts. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, promoting current promotions, upselling and cross-selling, operating the cash register with accurate transactions, ensuring end-of-shift balance, restocking and sanitizing areas, assisting with inventory, monitoring for security issues, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, cash handling, and multitasking skills; experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
