Job Summary
Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners providing friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, organized store across all shifts. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, promoting promotions, upselling and cross-selling, operating the cash register and processing payments accurately, balancing sales at shift end, restocking shelves and maintaining displays, sanitation, inventory control, and adhering to safety procedures. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be reliable and punctual with strong work ethic. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling experience
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
