Job Summary
Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners (Willard, OH): provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure efficient store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product location and purchases, promoting current promotions, upselling/cross-selling, operating the cash register and handling transactions, ensuring accuracy of sales records, restocking shelves, sanitizing the store, assisting with inventory counts, monitoring for security issues, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
