Team Members

Team Member responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them locate products, promoting promotions, upselling and cross-selling, operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately, balancing cash at shift end, restocking shelves and maintaining displays, assisting with inventory counts, ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Requires ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; basic math skills and cash handling experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and reliability. The position offers flexible schedules with pay starting at $12 per hour and paid weekly; benefits may be available for eligible full-time team members.
