Job Summary
Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners (Now Hiring-EXPRESS LANE/JOE'S KWIK MART). Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist with locating products, promote store products, upsell/cross-sell, operate the cash register and process transactions accurately, maintain store cleanliness, restock and inventory counts, and follow safety protocols. Must be able to work part-time with flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, basic math/cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
